Key Policy: All sales are final once AWS SES account credentials are delivered.
Review carefully before purchasing.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests will only be considered if:
- Account credentials were not delivered within 24-48 hours
- Account is non-functional (verified by our team)
- Request made within 48 Hours of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Delivered and functional accounts
- Change of mind/business needs
- AWS policy violations affecting account status
- Partial usage of service period
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@sesforge.com with:
- Order ID
- Detailed reason for request
- Screenshots of issues (if applicable)
- We will respond within 24-48 working hours
4. Approved Refunds
- Processed within 3-5 business days
- Issued to original payment method only
- Deducted payment gateway fees per transaction
5. Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
- Immediate account termination
- $50 dispute fee
- Permanent ban from our services
